Start-Up Details

1. Do you have a preferred cleaning day for your home, if you can please provide up to 3 options, however, we will endeavour to match your first option?*

2. Please advise the flooring throughout your home (For example: Tiles, Wood/Timber, Vinyl Plank, Laminate Plank, Polished Concrete, Carpet): *

3. How would you like the cleaner to gain access to your home? The options we suggest for our customers are listed below as we do not accept keys from customers. We highly recommend using a key lockbox as a secure and convenient way for the cleaner to access your keys!*

Option 1:
I will leave a key permanently out in a safe place (Which door will this key open?) Note: Please read non-access clause.

Option 2:
I will be home to let the cleaner/s in - Note: please read non-access clause

Option 3:
Our preferred option: I will provide a key lock box located on site in a safe place with a code for access (Where is the lock box located, what is the lock box code and which door will this key open?)

Fee For Non-Access To Premises*

Do you understand that while we provide the above access options, if the cleaning team/s are unable to gain access to your home due to circumstances outside of their control (i.e. keys not being left out or customer forgetting to be home for access) an $80 call out fee will be charged to honour the cleaner's time and administration fees.
